~ Personal trainer branding - Logo development ~

Ideas discussed with the client were
- Pyramids
- Mountains
- people deadlifting in place of the A
- Fox-Fit
- ShawFit
- Type based logo?

I initially began by sketching a streamline figure type logo. I was attempting to create something both active (showing movement) and simplistically corperate.

The client had briefly shown interest in a possible fox themed brand identity; possibly along the lines of FoxFit.

I sketched out some simple ideas encorperating the symbol of a kettle bell and a fox to develop into potential icon style logos.

I edited and adapted this logo concept of integrating the fox shape within the weight with smooth and simple execution. The fox outline cleanly cuts through the weight, leaving no 'hanging' or un-even looking parts within the logo.

In order to present this concept to the client I produced a bold animation showing the logo in the context of a digital/promotional online platform.

I continued to work further on the simple name 'shaw fit' concept creating a large range of variations in order to allow the client to choose a direct route he found to be most appealing for his brand.

I also experimented with some mountain style logos as the client also mentioned his involvement with mountain rescue and the influence that had on his personal training practice.
